SCHEDULING/CANCELLATION

Our goal at Haven Hypnosis & Wellness, LLC, is to provide the highest quality services in a timely manner.  In order to accommodate clients and potential clients, appointments may be made by calling the office

Monday through Friday, 8AM - 6PM (419) - 577-8484, on the Haven Hypnosis & Wellness Facebook page or by email: havenhypnosis@gmail.com (SUBJECT: Appointment).  If we are serving clients when you call, please leave your name, phone number and best time to call, on voicemail.  Your call will be returned the same day, in most cases.

 

Scheduling and rescheduling are on a first come/first serve basis. You will be sent a confirmation email prior to appointment to remind you to make payment prior to appointment.  Unless prior arrangements made, and approved by Nora Knople, clients who do not pay at least 48 hours before appointment will be automatically canceled by the office and not rescheduled until client or potential client fulfills financial obligation to Haven Hypnosis & Wellness, LLC.

 

In order to provide each client and potential client the highest quality services and care, in a timely manner, the following cancellation/rescheduling policy has been implemented effective August 20, 2019. This policy enables us to better utilize available appointments for our clients. Your consideration is greatly appreciated.

Life happens sometimes, so if it is necessary to cancel or reschedule your scheduled appointment, we require that you let us know at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment to avoid cancellation / rescheduling fees. Exceptions to this policy will be considered on a case by case basis.

Session appointment cancellation/rescheduling policy will be subject to the following fee(s):

Cancellation: If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before your scheduled session time, there is no cancellation fee and you will be refunded 100% of session fee.

If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged 100% of your session fee plus $25.00 USD cancellation fee, per occurrence.

Rescheduling: If you reschedule your appointment more than 24 hours before your scheduled session time, there is no rescheduling fee.

If you reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of your session fee, plus $25 USD rescheduling fee, per occurrence.

 

Final adjusted balance will be due within 48 hours of your rescheduled appointment. 

No-Show Policy

A “no-show” is someone who misses a scheduled appointment without canceling or rescheduling at least

24 hours in advance of their scheduled appointment.

“No-shows” will be charged 100% of the session amount, plus a $25 No-Show fee, per occurrence. If a client/potential client accumulates 2 “No-shows”, he or she may be asked to leave the practice.

 

Haven Hypnosis & Wellness reserves the right to refuse services to anyone, for any reason.

Late Arrival for your Scheduled Appointment

If you arrive 15 minutes late or more, your appointment time will be reduced by the amount of time you were late to accommodate the next client’s scheduled appointment. You will be charged the full session fee.  Session fees will not be pro-rated, nor will time missed be added to next appointment.

How to Cancel/Reschedule Your Appointment

To cancel or reschedule appointments:

  1. Call (419) - 577- 8484. This number often goes to voicemail, so please allow up to 12 hours for a return call. Please leave a detailed message and a contact number, if canceling or rescheduling appointment.

  2. Be advised; if it’s less than 24 hours’ before your appointment, canceling is subject to fees and rescheduling will only occur once cancellation/rescheduling fee(s) is paid, per policy.

  3. Cancellations or rescheduling for Monday appointments must be canceled or rescheduled by 2:00 PM the previous Friday or be subject to cancellation/rescheduling fees listed above.
